What is Detoxing?

Detoxing is just another word for cleansing. The goals of a detox program are to increase efficiency of the digestive system and to stimulate the other parts of the body that are responsible for cleansing and elimination. Detoxing also works to improve underlying health so that you are less prone to infection.

What are energy drinks?

Containing sugar, caffeine, taurine and several other ingredients and food additives, manufacturers claim that energy drinks may boost physical and mental performance. Companies add vitamins and minerals to boost the nutrition profile of these drinks. Energy drinks differ from sports drinks in terms of key ingredients. Sports drinks don't contain caffeine or stimulants, unlike energy drinks. With only water, sugar and electrolytes, sports drinks replenish lost fluids after a sweaty workout session or an intense sports competition.
